Medication Management Therapy (MTM) allows our pharmacists to assess the efficacy of your medication, and make recommendations on how best to manage your treatment and health conditions.

This service can apply to patients experiencing the following:

  • patients taking different medications for various health conditions
  • patients taking medication that needs regular dose monitoring/checking
  • concerns about side effects from certain medications
  • questions about what else they can be doing to better manage their health and wellbeing
